For Diabla’s birthday, we made a bunch of food (spicy beans) and some lemonade.  She made sure that our Brazilian guest got lemonade made from unfiltered river water from the Tapanahone.  He spent quite a bit of time in the outhouse.  Despite having “poisoned” him, he still mentioned us in his book.

Also, “Don’t Drink the Kool-Aid” has some historical relevance from the Jonestown Massacre in neighboring Guyana.
